DISTRIBUTION AND SALE OF BEVERAGES CONTAINING MORE THA!'T ONE PER CENT OF
ALCOHOL, PROìTIDING FOR THE PAYMENT AND OOLLECTION THEREOF AND PRESCRIBING
PENALTIES FOR THE VIOL~TION OF THIS ORDINANOE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE OI'1'Y OF OKEE-
