Every person, firm or corporation, including principals a~d their agents, servants or employees ~o,shall sell or engage in the business of selling goods, wares, merchandise or other personal property without having first co~li.d with Section 1 of this Or~n~e Mall, ~on conviction, be I fined not less than One H=dred DolluB ($100.00) or more thw T~ H=dred I Fifty Dollars ($250.00) or imprisoned not more than sixty days in the City Jail, or both such fine or imprisonment, SECTION 3. Each day or part of day that such person, firm or corporation shall sell or be engaged in the business of selling goods, w~~es, merchandise or other personBl property in violation of this Ordinance shall be taken, con- sidered and construed as a distinct 3~d separate offense and violation of th~s Ordinance. SECTION 4. If any section, sentence, clause or phrase of this Ordin8nce shall be held to be invalid or unconstitutional, the S8me shall in no way effect any other section, sentence, clause or phrase of this Ordinance. SECT ION 5. That nothing h.rein provided shall be construed to repeal any I license tax now i.posed by Ordinance as this Ordinance is intended to sup- ' plement the Ordinance now in force. SECTION 6.
