Mrs. John Padgett appeared before Council in regards to City exempting her water reat, in as much as she is a widow. Matter was reffer~ to Water committee. D. B. McCarthy appeared before Council in regards to water rates. J. W. Walston appeared before Council in regards to his water bill. Matter was reffered to Water commit.e. Nathan Zelmenovitz appeared before Council in regards to water services. Matter was referred to Water committee. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OKEECHOBEE? FLORIDA. Section l. That in addition to the licenses imposed under the provisions of Ordinance #126 of the City of Okeechobee, Florida, the following licenses are hereby required: ITINERANT MERCHANTS - Cash bond in the ¡mount of Five Hundred ($500.00) Doll&rs in addition to license fee as prescribed in Ordinance #126 of the City of Okeechobee, Florida.
