The applicant wishes to replace the existing billboard. The existing billboard measures 12' x 25' and is very low to the ground and is too close to the street. The proposed billboard measures 10' x 20' and will be relocated back 15' from the sidewalk and will be approximately 23' high. The property owner intends to maintain ownership of the building and lease space to Thomas W. Roach for the billboard.
