WHICH EXIST ON SAID PROPERTY. THE SET BACKS ORIGINALLY WERE SET AT ZERO,
WHICH NEEDS TO STAY AT THIS TIME BECAUSE, AS YOU CAN CLEARLY SEE THE
BUILDING TO THE WEST IS UP NEXT TO MY PROPERTY. THE PROPERTY ON THE
EASTSIDEBUTTSN E. 6TH AVE. WHICHHASA 100'EASEMENT, WHICHALLOWSTHE
CITY FUTURE GROWTH DEVELOPMENT OF ROAD WAYS, WHICH BY GIVING THIS
VARIANCE WOULD NOT HINDER ROAD DEVELOPMENT.
THE TWO END BAYS OF THIS EXISTING CAR WASH NEEDS TO HA VE A ROOF OVER
THEM TO MAINTAIN AND SERVICE NEW EQUIPMENT TO BE INSTALLED, AND TO
MAKE THEM A FUNCTIONAL BAY TO WASH CARS. BY COVERING THE TWO END BAYS
THE BAY TO THE WEST WILL PROTECT THE BUILDING NEXT DOOR. I HA VE SPOKEN
WITH THIS PROPERTY OWNER AND HE HAS NO PROBLEM WITH THIS ISSUE AND I
HA VE ALSO TALKED WITH THE FIRE DEPARTMENT, WHICH ALSO HA VE NO PROBLEM
WITH THIS CHANGE. CHANGING THE ROOF STRUCTURE OF THIS BUILDING WILL
ALSO MAKE THE AESTHETICS OF THE BUILDING MUCH NICER.
