Dear Ladies and Gentleme~
My wife and I purchased the said property with an active business in 1979, from then till
now we have operated a septic tank business, construction business and an equipment
rental business. We have made concrete septic tanks at this location in the past. We
would now like to make fiberglass septic tanks. To do this we would need to upgrade our
facility to accommodate this task As you know to stay with the changes in our industry
you must constantly diversifY your business just to stay in business. It has become very
difficult to purchase the product that we have so much depended on to survive in the type
work we do. We need to construct our own tanks and be able to sell our product as we
have done in the past, in order to get a return on our investment. This location would be
the only way we would be able to do this economically. All processes are done within the
building, so there would be no additional concerns as to the noise factor to the
surrounding land owners. As this has been our business for over 22 years and would hope
you would allow us to continue.
