REQUEST: Rezoning needed for existing house to be used as an Ortho-
dontist's office.
DISCUSSION: John Cassels went o~r the findin~ s and the Board agreed
with him that the requirements were i n order. Rev. Kilgore
representing the Church of God report ed they were in favor
of the request. No objection voiced.
ACTION TAKEN: Board reviewed the sixteen requi rements. 1,.embe r Kirk
moved to recommend the City Council ~ rant the rezoning re-
quest, seconded by member \{right. c.'t airman Burk. and members
Wright, Kirk and Femeau voted yes. Þæmber Frank A1tobello
was absent. Vote carried.
