NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR VARIAN
NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Adjust and Appeals of
the City of Okeechobee, Florida, a municipal corpora will consider
a request for a speical exception and a variance amend accordingly
the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance #402, the follow ng described real property,
situate, lying and being within the corporate limits of the City of Okeechobee,
Florida, to-wit:
Lots 5,6, 11, & 12, Block 17, South Okeechobee
South Parrott Avenue
Granting the request for a variance would allow the ear set back from
20 feet to 8 feet and a special exception would offstreet parking
on lots 11 and 12 which is zoned RSF, for constructi n of a Dairy Queen
on the above described property. A public hearing i relation thereto will
be held at 7:00 P.M. on the 7th day of May, 1985, the City Council Room,
City Hall, Okeechobee, Florida,.at which time all ties in interest and
citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard.
