NOTICE OF REQUEST 'FOR VARIANCE
NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Adjustments and Appeals
of the City of okeechobee, Florida, a municipal corporation, will
consider a request for a variance and to amend accordingly the Compre-
hensive Zoning Ordinance #402, the following described real property,
situate, lying and being within the corporate limits of the City of
Okeechobee, Florida, to wit:
Lots 20 and 21, Block 27, Northwest Addition
Northwest 11th Avenue and Northwest Park street
Granting the request for a variance would allow a shopping area on
the aboved described property. A public hearing in relation thereto
will be held at 7:00 P.M. on the 6th day of December, 1983, in the
City Council Room, City Hall, Okeechobee, Florida at which time all
parites in interest and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard.
Please govern yourselves accordingly.
