NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR VARIANCE
NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Adjustments and Appeals
of the City of Okeechobee, Florida. a municipal corporation, will consider
a request for a Variance and to amend accordingly the Comprehensive Zoning
Ordinance 11402, the following described real property, situate. lying and
being within the corporate limits of the City of Okeechobee. Florida, to-wit:
Lots 1,2. and 3 of Block 187 of the Town of Okeechobee
401 S.W. 4th Street
Granting of the request for Variance would allow a 25 foot setback in order
to add to existing church and to conform with the present auditorium.
A public hearing in relation thereto will be held at 7:00 P.M. on the 6th
day of October. 1981, in the City Council Room. City Hall. Okeechobee,
Florida, at which time all parties in interest and citizens shall have an

opportunity to be heard.
