NOTICE OF INTENTION TO AMEND CITY ZONING ORDINANCE #402
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Adjustments and Appeals
of the City of Okeechobee, Florida, a municipal corporation, will
consider an appeal of a denial of a building permit and to amend accord-
ingly the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance #402, the following described
real property, situate, lying and being within the corporate limits .

of the City of Okeechobee, Florida, to-wit:
Lots 1 and 2, Block 178, City of
Okeechobee (S.W. 2nd Street and 6th Avenue)
granting the appeal would result in granting a variance of 2.5 feet per
lot allowing a tri-plex to be built. A public hearing in relation
thereto will be held at 7:00 P.M. on the 4th day of November, 1980, in
Councll Chambers, City Hall, Okeechobee, Florida, at which tiræ all
parties in interest and cltizens shall have an opportunity to b: heard.
