NOTICE OF INTENTION TO AMEND CITY ZONING ORDINANCE #402
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Adjustments and Appeals
of the City of Okeechobee, Florida, a municipal corporation, will
consider to amend accordingly the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinanee #402
clarified and adopted August 8, 1978, the following described real
property, situate, lying and being within the corporate limits of the
City of Okeechobee, Florida, to-wit:
Lots 9 and 10 of Block 24, NORTHWEST ADDITION TO
OKEECHOBEE, according to the plat thereof on file
in Plat Book 1, page 25, Public Records of Okeechobee
County, Florida.
(304-306 and 308-310 N.W. 11th Avenue)
granting of the appeal would result in granting a variance allowing
the lots be divided in order that applicant may sell one duplex if
so desired. Duplexes were built in 1970-71 on what is now considered
non-conforming lots. A public hearing in relation thereto will be
held at 7:00 P.M. on the 2nd day of September, 1980, in the City Council
Room, City Hall, Okeechobee, Florida, at which time all parties in
interest and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard.
