The following Resolution was offered by Councilman McCarthy, who moved its adoption, motion seconded by Councilman Walker and passed: RESOLUTION I . WHERAS, the Federal Emergency Relie~ Association has approved a project for the improvement and beautification of the Public Scbool grounds in Okeecbobee City schools and - . . ' WHEREAS, Miami street runs between the scbool grounds and the Foot Ball Field and the opening or paving of said street would materially interfere with t he pro- ' posed improvements Wþioh are contemplated in said project, and WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of aiding the said Federal E Relief A~sociation in any manner possible that will add to the health merjgenoy of our 01ty or schools, or en oyment
