This can be done on one list. Make sure if it is a business that the name of the business and owner is legible. If it is a resident make sure the name and address is legible. (Required of all applications) opy of proof of insurance. (Minimum $1,000,000.00, required of all applications) If any items are being sold on City street or sidewalk then a Temporary Use Permit must be attached for each business participating. Permits can be obtained from General Services. State Food Service License if selling food. State Alcoholic Beverage License. (You can only serve on private property. No alcoholic beverages on City property, this includes streets and sidewalks) ~Clean-up is required within 24 hours. ~No alcoholic beverages can be consumed or taken out on City property, streets or sidewalks. "'No donations can be requested if any type of alcoholic beverages are served on private property/business unless you possess a State Alcoholic Beverage License. Please note there are inside consumption and outside consumption licenses. You must have the appropriate license. ~The City Public Works Department will deliver the appropriate barricades. Clerk Gamiotea has verified that CSX Railroad was forwarded a copy of the City's noise ordinance, which included regulating train horns and the restriction of them at night. He asked whether or not Staff could research what needs to be done in order to enforce the ordinance, he has received several complaints from neighbors. Following a lengthy discussion, Mayor Kirk instructed Administrator Veach and Attornev Cook to research the best method of enforcing the restrictions on train horns. and report back their findings to the Council. It was noted that the City of Vero Beach enforces their noise ordinance. Clerk Gamiotea explained in Exhibit Seven that the Sheriffs Office Law Enforcement Expo Event has grown, and they are now using Park 2 in addition to Parks 3 and 4. They will need to also close Southwest Jd Avenue, in addition to 4th Avenue that was approved at the January 4, 2005 meeting. Council Member Watford moved to approve a temporary street closing for Southwest 3rd Avenue between North and South Park Street for the Sheriff Office Law Enforcement Expo on February 19. 2005. from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.: seconded by Council Member Williams. The event participation has grown and they are expanding to use Park 2, therefore they are also requesting Southwest 3rd Avenue, between North and South Park Streets, to be temporarily closed the same dates and times as Southwest 4th Avenue was approved for. A copy of the application is attached for your convenience. Please consider this as an item to be added to the February 1 Regular Meeting Agenda.
