Florid3., a copy of which is recorded in the office of the Clerk of Circuit Court
of Okeechobee County, Florida,; that eight (8) mills of such tax shall be used for
a~1d is made pursuant to an Al tern3ti ve Writ of Mandmnus issued out of the Circuit
Court of Okeechobee County, Florida, on the 15th day of October, A. D. 1934, on the
relation of H. J. Rice, which said Al ternati va '¡¡ri t of Mandamus requires the Ci ty
Council of sc,id City of Q};:eechobee to include a sufficient amount and/or to,x levy to
payoff and discharge the indebtedness of said City to said Relator.
