special exception to build a three story assisted living facility to be located
at 203 and 213 SE 2nd street in Okeechobee. Currently the future land use
Stuart map has been changed to commercial and we are seeking zoning change
2400 SE Monterey Road from RMF to CPO (final hearing June 3, 2008). The VNA choose the CPO
Suite 300 zoning class, as it is the least intensive to appease the surrounding neighbors
