NOTICE OF INTENTION TO AMEND CITY ONING ORDINANCE #402
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board f Adjustments and
Appeals of the City of Okeechobee, Florida, a municipal corporation
will consider a special exception and if gr nted amend accordingly
the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance #402 cIa ified and adopted
August 8, 1978, the following described rea property, situate,
lying and being within the corporate limits of the City of Okeechobee,
Florida, to-wit:
Lot 26, Block 42, City of Okeech bee
if granted a dinning hall will be built to e used by the First
Baptist Church, Northwest 9th Avenue. A pu lic hearing in relation
thereto will be held at 7:00 P.M. on the 4t day of March, 1980, in
the City Council Room, City Hall, Okeechobe , Florida, at which time
all parties in interest and citizens shall ave an opportunity to
be heard.
