This is to confirm the fact that at the Nove !ber 4, 1980,
meeting of the Board of Adjustments and Appeals/P anning Board,
a special exception was gr'anted allowing the Chur h of Jesus
Christ of Latter-Day Saints to construct their me Ung house
on the following property:
PARCEL 1: Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10,
Block 195 as shown on Plat of the Town of Ok echo bee
as shown in Plat Book 1, Page 10, in the Pub ic
Records of Okeechobee County, Florida.
PARCEL 2: Beginning at the intersection of T
Street and Miamee Street as shown by a Plat
Town of Okeechobee, Florida, in Plat Book 2,
in the public records of Okeechobee County,
for a point of beginning, run West along the
border of said Third Street to Block 195 of
Town of Okeechobee; thence in a North Easter
along the border of said Block 195, to the W
said Miamee Street; thence South along the W
said street to point of beginning.
Also, Building Official Mallette Westbrook ived his right
to appeal the decision within 15 days, enabling nstruction to
begin immediately.
