(35) mills on each dollar valuation of real and personal property wi thin the cor- II

po rate limits of the City of Okeechobee, Florida, subject to taxation on the first II
day of January A. D. 1932. Such tax shall be assessed and collected in the manner II

provided by law¡'" II
Section 2. That Section 2 of Ordinance No. 138 be amended to read as follows: II
"Section 2. That nineteen (19) mills of such tax shall be used for general city ,I
II
purposes and shall be assessed for the General Fund of said City; That One (1) mill II

of such tax s«all be used for the Interest and Sinking Fund of $17,500.00 of the II
,
Refunding Bond Issue of 1930; That ten (10) mills of such tax shall be used for ,I

~ the purpose of paying $16,500.00 interest coupons attached to ll3 bonds o~that!

bond issue of the City of Okeechobee, Flori~a, known as City of Okeechobee

Municipal Improvement Bonds, dated February 1st, 1926, and issued under the'
provisions of Ordinance No. 100 of the City of Okeechobee, and which said tax levy ,I

1 s made pursuant to an al ternati ve writ of mandamus issued out of the Circuit!:
Court of Okeechobee County, Florida, upon the relation of H. J. Rice, on the lOth
day of October, 1932, requiring a tax levy for the payment of the interest coupons
which are in said writ described; that five (5) mills of such tax shall be used
for Interest and Sinking Street Paving Time Warrant Fund, Issue of 1921, in the
amount of $18,000.00. M ,i
