RESOLUTION I
WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of this Council that the build-I
ings located on the property hereinafter described, are ina delapidated and unsan- ,

i tar; condition and are fire hazards. ¡

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Attorney be, and he is, hereby II
instructed to notify the owners of said buildings to place the same in repair II
II
and in a sanitary condition which meets with the approval of the City Building II
Inspector, on or before thirty days from this date or to remove same, and that in I!
II
the event said owners do not make the necessary repailrs or remove said buildings Ii
II
wi thin said time that the Oi ty will proceed to remove said buildings at the co st II
of the owners; said buildings being located on the following described property II

THE CITY OF OKEECHOBEE, FLORIDA, FOR THE YEAR A. D. 1932.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OKEECHOBEE,
FLORIDA.
SEOTIOll. That the City of Okeechobee, Florida hereby levies a tax of thirt YI
~ ,
five (35) mills on each dollar valuation of real and personal property within'the i
corporate limits of the City of Okeechobee, Florida, subject to taxation on the
first day of January, A. iD. 1932. Such tax shall be assessed and collected in the
~
manner provided by law.
SECTIOI 2. That nineteen (19) mills of such tax shall be used for general i
city purposes and shall be assessed for the General Fund of said City; that one
(1) mill of such tax shall be used for the Interest and. Sinking Fund for $17,500.

00 of the Refundmng Bond Issue of 1930; that ten (10) mills of such tax shall be
used for the Interest and Sinking Improvement Bond Fund, Issue of 1926, in the
