motion seconded by Councilman McCarthy and passed:

- AI ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 5 OF ORDINANOE NO. 126 BEING
" AN ORDINANCE IMPOSING LIOENSES AND OTHER TAXES, PROVIDING
FOR THE PAYMENT -AND COLLEOTION THEREOF AND PRESCRIBING PEN-
ALTIES FOR DOING BUSINESS WITHOUT LICENSE OR OTHER FAILURE
- TO COMPLY ¡\lITH THE PROVISIONS THEREOF".
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
