Minutes of meeting held ~une 9th, 1932 were read and approved. Ordinance No. 137 was proposed by Councilman Berka, Who moved its adoption, motion seconded by Councilman McCarthy and passed: ORDINANCE NO. 137 - AI ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 5 OF ORDINANOE NO. 126 BEING " AN ORDINANCE IMPOSING LIOENSES AND OTHER TAXES, PROVIDING FOR THE PAYMENT -AND COLLEOTION THEREOF AND PRESCRIBING PEN- ALTIES FOR DOING BUSINESS WITHOUT LICENSE OR OTHER FAILURE - TO COMPLY ¡\lITH THE PROVISIONS THEREOF". BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY 0' OKEECHOBEE, FLORIDA. Section 1. Th..t that part of Section 5 which reads as follows ItDEALERS IN MEAT. - Dealers :: 'i in fresh meats and packing house products at wholesale, packed or refrigerated, ;¡ .
