Walker, Sr., who r moved its adoption, motion seconded by Councilman Berka and passed: : RESOLUTION I, l I' ,~' WHEREAS, The City Attorney was instructed by this Council to notify the owner. I . -, . ¡ , or owners of Lots 20 and 21 of Block 27, Nosthwest Addition, a subdivision to the i . I City of Okeechobee, Florida. and the owner or owners of Lots 9 ~nd 10 of Block 4, ! I Southwest Addition, &. subdivision to the City of Okeechobee, Florida, that the II !I 'I buildings located on slÙd property were dangerous to traffic and dangerous to the II health of the citizens in the City of Okeechobee, Florida, and that slÙd buildings ~ere beyond repair and for said owner or owners to remove same immediately and upon thei~ refuaal to remove. BlUIle that this Council would order slÙd buildings removed wi thin II thirty days at the cost of said owner or owners, and WHEREAS, the City Attorney has advised this Council that he has been Unable to ~ ¡ locate the owner or owners of said property. I NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Okeechobee, II ~ Florida, that said buildings be, and the same are hereby condemned. and the ~ity I Inspector is hereby &.uthorized and instructed to have said buildings removed immediately, provid,d that such removal shall not be 8ll expense on said City or the oWner or owners of-said property. Ii motion seconc1ed by Councilman McCarthy and passed: [I ORDINANCE NO. 137 II II AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 5 OF ORDINANOE NO. 126 BEING II II AN ORDINANCE IMPOSING LICENSES AND OTHER TAXES, PROVIDING I FOR THE PAYMENT .AND COLLEOTION THEREOF AND PRESCRIBING PEN- II ALTIES FOR DOING BUSINESS WITHOUT LICENSE OR OTHER FAILURE 1'1' -- TO COMPLY WITH THE PR:>VISIONS THEREOF". BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY II OF OKEECHOBEE, FLORIDA. Section 1. That that part of Section 5 which reads as follows "DEALERS IN MEAT.- Dealers in fresh me~is and packing house products at wholesale, packed or refrigerated, !I when not connected with an ice factory, shall pay a license of ten dollars.
