Owens appeared before Council in regard to ' payment of Oi ty taxes by applying part of account due C. F. Walker by City in paymen~ of same. Councilman Berka moved that City pay C. F. Walker $49.40 on account provided same is applied in payment of City taxes for year 1931, motion seconded by Council- man J. H. Walker, Sr. and carried.
