The City Council of the City of Okeechobee, Florida, met in regular session

at the City Hall at 7.30 o'clock P. M. on the above date and the following were'
present: J. D. Bird, Mayor, Alto Watford, President of City Council, Councilmen ~
Albert Berka, J. H. Walker, Sr., D. B. McOa.rthy and Ben Walker with R. P. Fletcher,

Minutes of meetings held January 30th and February 2nd, 1932, were read and
approved.

Mr. C. F. Walker and Mrs. Ruth B. Owens appeared before Council in regard to '
payment of Oi ty taxes by applying part of account due C. F. Walker by City in paymen~
of same.
Councilman Berka moved that City pay C. F. Walker $49.40 on account provided
same is applied in payment of City taxes for year 1931, motion seconded by Council-
man J. H. Walker, Sr. and carried.
On motion duly seconded and passed Council adjourned.
