December 3, 2024 Code Officer Smith inspected the property; still non-compliant, over- grown vegetation: grass, weeds and shrubs need to be cut, and the debris needs to be picked up. Photos in file. • To comply with city ordinances the respondent needs to cut the over-grown vegetation, remove the debris from the property, and remove or meet the requirements to maintain and have a pool on the property. City Recommendation: The City recommends in accordance with the City's fine schedule a fine of $50.00 per day to begin on December 11, 2024, until the property is brought into compliance, plus a $50.00 administrative fee. Code Officer Curl observed the above-mentioned property to be in violation of Chapter 90, Section 90-452 Swimming pool and Chapter 30, Sections 30-33 Owner to control excessive growths and unsanitary ponds and swimming pools, 30-43 Public nuisances, 30-44 General cleaning and beautification for having an above ground pool on the property filled with unsanitary or stagnant water that has not been drained or cleaned, and is not properly enclosed by a wall, fence or other barrier safety enclosure of at least five feet high with doors and gates in the exterior enclosure with self-locking fasteners installed at least five feet above the ground level.
