The Magistrate hereby imposes a fine of $100.00 per day, including a one-time administrative fee of $50.00. The imposed fine will continue to accrue daily until the City verifies that the violations are corrected. Further, this Order as a Claim of Lien,shall be recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Circuit Court,Okeechobee County, Florida, and once recorded, becomes a Lien on real and personal property pursuant to Florida Statutes Chapter 162. The roof inspection was received on August 29, 2024. Mr. Falk submitted an application for Fine Reduction on September 16, 2024. A SOV/NOH was mailed via USPS certified return receipt on September 16, 2024. The notice was received by Lana Kiyait on September 20, 2024. The property was inspected and found to be in compliance on September 17, 2024, with a fine balance of$27,800.00, plus a $50.00 administrative fee due.
