Motion to temporarily close a portion of Southwest 4th Street between 5th and 6th Avenues from 5:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. on October 31, 2024, for the Fall Festival as submitted by First Baptist Church of Okeechobee (Exhibit 4). C. Motion to temporarily close a portion of Southwest 2nd Avenue between North and South Park Streets from 9:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. on November 11, 2024, for the Veterans Day Service as submitted by Thank You For Your Service (Exhibit 5). VI. PUBLIC HEARING FOR ORDINANCE ADOPTION A. Motion to read by title only. approve the first reading. and adopt proposed Ordinance No. 1295 revising Lots 4-5, TAYLOR CREEK MANOR.
