A. Motion to dispense with the reading and approve the November 16. 2023, Board of
Adjustment Regular Meeting minutes (Exhibit 1).
V. UNFINISHED BUSINESS
A. Reading of Form 8B Memorandum of Voting Conflict for Municipal Public Officers related
to Special Exception Petitions Nos. 23-001-SE and 23-002-SE on November 16, 2023
(Exhibit 2).
VI. OPEN QUASI-JUDICIAL PUBLIC HEARING
A. Special Exception Petition No. 24-001-SE requests to allow an Outdoor Vehicle Sales Lot
in a Heavy Commercial Zoning District. (Ref. 90-283(18)), located at 711 North Parrott
Avenue. The Applicant would like to re-open a Vehicle Sales Lot - City Planning Consultant
(Exhibit 3).
1. Administer of Oath. Anyone intending to offer testimony on this Petition will be
required to take an oath. respond, and give your full name and address.
2. Review Planning Staff Report.
3. Hear from Property Owner or Designee/ Agent - Mr. Terry Brink. Applicant.
4. Public comments or questions from those in attendance or submitted to the Board
Secretary.
5. Disclosure of Ex-Parte Comunications' by the Board.
6. Consider a motion to approve or deny Petition with/without special conditions.
