OPEN QUASI-JUDICIAL PUBLIC HEARING A. Special Exception Petition No. 24-001-SE requests to allow an Outdoor Vehicle Sales Lot in a Heavy Commercial Zoning District. (Ref. 90-283(18)), located at 711 North Parrott Avenue. The Applicant would like to re-open a Vehicle Sales Lot - City Planning Consultant (Exhibit 3). 1. Administer of Oath.
