April 22, 2024 Property owner Mr. Richard Roberts (813-546-0891) called in and asked what needed to be
done to bring the property into compliance. Mr. Roberts was advised by Code Officer Smith
that he needed to cut the overgrown vegetation and remove the disabled vehicle from the
property.
April 23, 2024 Mr. Roberts called in and spoke with Code Officer Smith and he asked when he had to have
the property in compliance. He was advised by Code Officer Smith on April 24, 2024.
April 24, 2024 SOV/NOH mailed via USPS certified return receipt and regular mail for the May 14th Hearing.
Returned, unclaimed on June 24, 2024.
Mr. Ricardo Lane called into the office and Spoke with Code Officer Smith (863-484-3542)
asking if we could give him till 10am tomorrow to get the vehicle move because he had to get a
key made so he could move the vehicle. I advised him that would be fine, and I would be out in
the morning to inspect the property.
April 25, 2024 Code Officer Smith inspected the property; still non-compliant, disabled vehicle remain
however the overgrown vegetation was cut. Photos in file

Recorded Lien/Order mailed out via USPS certified return receipt. Returned, unclaimed on
May 28, 2024.
April 30, 2024 Code Officer Smith inspected the property; in compliance, disabled vehicle was removed
from the property. Photos in file. Fine balance of$600.00 due.
Code Officer Smith posted the property and the public notices board at City Hall with the
Notice to Appear. Photos in file.
May 1, 2024 Compliance Letter with fine total mailed out via USPS certified return receipt. Returned
unclaimed, unable to forward on June 10, 2024.
May 12, 2024 Mr. Roberts called into the office and spoke with Code Officer Smith and advised me that the
truck had been removed from the property on the 25' of April. He was advised that the truck
was still there when I inspected the property that day, so the Lien was recorded. He advised
me that he had a Venmo receipt showing that the truck was towed that evening. I Code Officer
Smith advised him that if he sent a copy to me via email that I could give him credit of
compliance for the 26th of April.
May 13, 2024 Received the email from Mr. Roberts showing the receipt for the towing of the truck on the 26th

Code Officers Smith/Curl observed the above-mentioned property to be in violation of
Chapter 30 Sections 30-41 Disabled vehicles, 30-43 Public nuisances and 30-44 General
cleaning and beautification: overgrown grass and weeds, inoperable/unregistered
vehicles on the property with what looks like someone living in the vehicle. Trash and
debris around the disabled vehicle and on the property. Photos in the file.
February 20, 2024 SOV/NOH, photos and a copy of the city ordinances mailed via USPS certified return
receipt for the March 12`h Hearing. Returned, unclaimed, unable to forward on March 25,
2024.
February 22, 2024 Code Officer Smith posted the property and the public notices board at City Hall with the

March 5, 2024 Code Officer Smith inspected the property; still non-compliant, the disabled vehicle, furniture,
and it looks like someone is living in the vehicle. Photos in file.
March 12, 2024 Richard Roberts called into the office (9:48am) and spoke with Code Officer Smith. He was
advised what he needed to do to bring the property compliance. He was advised that the
hearing was going ahead as schedule and that if found in violation a fine would be opposed
until the property come into compliance.
March 12, 2024 The case was presented to the Special Magistrate for violation of Chapter 30, Sections
30-41 Disabled vehicles, 30-43 Public nuisances, 30-44 General cleaning and
beautification. The Special Magistrate ruled to defer the case to the next hearing
March 14, 2024 SOV/NOH mailed via USPS certified return receipt for the April 9th Hearing. Returned,
unclaimed, unable to forward on April 15, 2024.
