IV. CONSENT AGENDA
A. Motion to dispense with the reading and approve the April 2, 2024 minutes (Exhibit 1).
B. Motion to approve the March, 2024 Warrant Register (Exhibit 2).
V. PUBLIC HEARING ITEM
A. Motion to read by title only and adopt proposed Ordinance No. 1288, rescinding removing the
longevity service awards from Section 2-97 of the Code of Ordinances by rescinding a portion
of Ordinance No. 568 (Exhibit 3).
VI. NEW BUSINESS
A. Review and approve the 2023 Audited Financials prepared by Carr, Riggs & Ingram as
presented by Lindsey Aviles, CPA Partner (Exhibit 4).
B. Motion to read by title only, approve the first reading, and set May 21, 2024, as the final Public
Hearing date for proposed Ordinance No. 1289, adopting Application No. 24 -001 -CPA updating
the Five -Year Schedule of Capital Improvements to the Comprehensive Plan (Exhibit 5).
C. Motion to approve the amendments to the Personnel Policies and Procedures to include the
Longevity Service Award Policy as amended by the Council on February 20, 2024 (Exhibit 6).
D. Status update on Lake Okeechobee Projects from MacVicar Consulting, Inc.,1 sc quarter of 2024,
by Gary Ritter (Exhibit 7).
