Okeechobee Business Park_
As discussed, I am interested in purchasing the one -acre lot for the purpose of estabfshing a
biomedical waste treatment facility. I am interested in the lot that is to the left of the property.
I am hereby offering the sum of One Hundred and Forty Tbousand Dollars (5140,000_00) for the
one -acre lot.
