Turbyfill addressed Council relative to cultivating vacant lots within City limmts. Councilman Berka moved that City sell water to D. B. McCarthy Water Company J:or a periOd of one year from date at 15 cents per thousand gallons, provided that. I in case of failure of City to furnish water to said Company, City will not be I . II / liable for damages, motion seconded by Councilman J. H. Walker, Sr. and carried. II Counoilman Ben Walker voted No on above motion.
