She also advised that a company will be pressure washing the home next month and she would be getting the vehicles removed as soon as she gets the property in her name. I advised her how much time before the hearing and for her to stay in contact with me to keep the office abreast of any changes. December Code Officer Smith inspected the property and found that the property is 6, 2023 non -compliant. The disabled/ unregistered vehicles remain on the property however, the exterior of the home has been cleaned and the grass has been cut. Photos in file. December Code Officer Smith spoke with the property owner's daughter, and she 7, 2023 advised that the outside of the home has been cleaned, and that she was trying to get the vehicles registered or moved but she lost her job, so things have become more difficult to handle. I advised her that we would defer this case to a future date as she has complied with everything else and for her to keep in touch with us.
