L. L. Conrad was declared elected Chief of Police for the two year term begin-
ning Januaty 5th, -1931.
Councilman J. H. Walker; Sr. nominated H. C. Chandler for Chief of Fire Depart-
ment for the two year term beginning January 5th, 1931, nomination wad seconded by
Councilman MdCarthy, and upon vote being taken H. O. Chandler was elected Chief
of Fire Department.
Councilman Berka moved that Chief of Police be required to furnish surety
: bond in the sum of $500.00 in Company authorized to do business in state of Florida,
