I am writing to inform you about a recent overgrown grass violation notice concerning the property adjacent to 1201 N Parrott Ave. I received the notification yesterday; however, it was mistakenly sent to our old office address. Please note that our current address is 1149 42nd Street, Brooklyn, NY 11219. Upon receiving the violation notice, I immediately contacted the lawn care company responsible for maintaining the grounds of the VA clinic, which includes the empty lot in question.This lot was part of our contractual agreement with the company, and they failed to fulfill their obligations, unbeknownst to me as I reside in New York. I have taken immediate action to rectify this situation. I have spoken with the lawn care company and requested that they promptly address the overgrown grass issue, and provide photographic evidence once the correction is made. I will diligently follow up with them to ensure this task is completed expediently and to the highest standard. I genuinely appreciate your understanding in this matter, and I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this oversight may have caused.
