a later date so that she can be at the hearing to present her side of
the case.
Code Officer Smith inspected the property and found the property
to be non-compliant, the unsound structure, and the overgrown
shrubs remains.
• To comply with City ordinances, property owner needs to cut all the overgrown
vegetation, and repair or remove unsafe structure.
City Recommendation:
The City recommends that this case be heard at the next hearing giving the property owner the
opportunity to present evidence on her behalf.
