Russell December 6, 2023 The property owner Antoinette McDonald called in spoke with Code Officer Smith and stated that she was out of town the entire month of December and was there anyway that the case could be held on a later date so that she can be at the hearing to present her side of the case. Code Officer Smith inspected the property and found the property to be non-compliant, the unsound structure, and the overgrown shrubs remains. • To comply with City ordinances, property owner needs to cut all the overgrown vegetation, and repair or remove unsafe structure. City Recommendation: The City recommends that this case be heard at the next hearing giving the property owner the opportunity to present evidence on her behalf.
