: Pursuant to adjournment the Oi ty Council of the City of Okeeohobee, Florida, "
met in special session in the Oi ty Hall at 7.30 0' clock p. m. for the purpose of ,--
receiving and considering complaints of any person or persons whose mames have
been erroneously erased or stricken from the Registration Book and the following
were present: J. Denham Bird, Mayor, H. L. Chandler, President of City Council,
Councilmen J. H. Walker, Sr., Albert Berka, S. R. Raifsnider and Ben Walker with
R. P. Fletoher, City Ol~rk, T. W. Conely, Jr., City Attorney, N. O. Stewart, Chief
of Po~ioe and L. o. Tootle, Water Superintendent in attendance.

No complaints .having been reoeived.by Oounoil, Councilman/Walker moved that
action of Council in erasing and/or stri~ing names of electors from 'Oity Registrar- -.,
tion Book be confirmed, motion seconded by OQunoilman Berka and Qarried.

tion to be held December 2nd, 1930, and .said petitions were ex~in~d by Council
and all petitions were found to contain the required Aumber of ified electors.
