D. Motion to approve the migration of Police Software to a new Spillman server at a cost of$7,787.87 (Exhibit 4).

A. Motion to approve end of Year Budget Amendments for fiscal year 2022-2023 (Exhibit 5).
B. Motion to approve the Roadway Transfer Agreement of the NE 13th Avenue Road Segment between
Okeechobee County and the City of Okeechobee(Exhibit 6).
