Exhibit 15 Lisinbureci May •,• i • • .iti . is art s; Advance Medical fo, • • s • . rSi. •*, Sanitation •.• Biomedical Waste Treatment Facility �a•�e' Presentation: City of Okeechobee • :' By: David Ramdon, RN, MSN, FLMI j• p ! • President& CEO A • " M 1 Presentation Format: Introduction & Brief Operation and History of Company Processing of Medical Waste Current Business Business Plan and Location Expansion 2 1 11/6/23 • Introduction and Brief History of Company • Started Business as a Biomedical Waste Transporter Company in November 2004 (19 Years) • Opened a Treatment Facility in 2013 (10 years) • Currently providing services to Nursing Homes, Dialysis Centers, Fire Department, Schools, Doctors, Dentists, Animal Clinics,Tattoo Shops, Beauty Shops, Laboratory, etc. • Service Areas—Most of our Customers are located in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties • Of late we have been expanding in Lee County(Bonita Springs), Hendry County (Labelle), Polk County(Winter Haven), Orange County(Orlando), and Volusia County (Deland and Daytona Beach). 3 Operation and Processing of Medical Waste • Steam Autoclave—Uses Steam to Treat Medical Waste. • Medical Waste is loaded into carts and placed into autoclave. • Waste is treated for 45 minutes in the autoclave at 290-300°F(A load from start to finish is approximately 2 hours). • Once Treated,waste is loaded into a dumpster and considered regular waste. • Waste is transported to landfill when dumpster is full.
