CAS will review pay request applications, negotiate change orders as necessary, conduct pre-construction and progress meetings and final inspection with the appropriate agencies to determine if the work is acceptable, coordinate with the District and assist the Owner with project certification procedures. CAS will review and submit a set of record prints showing as-built information and provide certification to the District. CAS will provide these services on an hourly basis for a not to exceed agreed upon amount shown below. These periodic services are budgeted for a 4 month construction period at 6 hours/week. Services beyond this period will be billed at the attached hourly rates as needed with prior approval from the Owner. CAS will also include the NPDES Generic Permit (permit fee not included) submittal and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) in the event the City elects to perform the construction in-house. Total Hourly Budgeted Service: $20,280.00 E57 CONSTRUCTION OBSERVATION SERVICES CAS field representative will act as the Owner's representative, provide part time construction services to ensure the project is being constructed substantially in accordance with the plans at intervals appropriate to the stages of construction. As an Owner's representative, CAS will oversee required testing at intervals appropriate to the stages of construction, provide weekly construction reports, review test results, coordinate between engineers, Project Manager employed by the Owner, and contractor to resolve construction issues in preparation for a final certification. CAS will visit the site with the OWNER and assist in resolving with the Contractor apparent defects or deficiencies. CAS will provide these services on an hourly basis for a not to exceed agreed upon amount shown below. These periodic services are budgeted for a 4 month construction period at 24 hours/week. Services beyond this period will be billed at the attached hourly rates as needed with prior approval from the Owner.
