General cleaning and beautification ORDER: The City of Okeechobee Code Enforcement Special Magistrate has determined you have violated City Code of Ordinances Chapter 30, Sections 30-43 Public nuisances, 30-44 General cleaning and beautification,concerning your property located at Northeast 9th Avenue, Okeechobee, Florida. If you do not correct the violations by October 3, 2023,the Magistrate hereby imposes a fine of$100.00 per day, including a one-time administrative fee of$100.00, commencing that date and continuing to accrue daily until the City verifies that the violations are corrected. Further, if you do not correct the violation by said date, a copy of this Order as a Claim of Lien, shall be recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Circuit Court, Okeechobee County, Florida, and once recorded, becomes a Lien on real and personal property pursuant to Florida Statutes Chapter 162.
