Plat of North Shore Levee and Taylor Creek Improvement, recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 83. 3. Declaration of Protective Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Bridgewater on Taylor Creek, recorded in Official Records Book 622, Page 1919. 4. Notice of Approval of Parcel Joinder recorded in Official Records Instrument No. 2021013117.
