in the City Hall at 8.00 o'clock P. M. and tÞe following were present: J. Denham
Bird, Mayer, Councilmen Ben Walker, S. R. Raifsnider, Albert Berka and J. H. Walker

President Chandler being absent, President pro-tem Ben Walker presided over
the meetiag. I

Mr. T. W. Conely, Jr. stated that he had been notified of his appointment as !

City Attorney of the City of Okeechobee and thqt he would accept said appointment, !

and he thereupon assumed the duties of said office. 11

Mr. ,. Kobley appeared before Council in regard to drainage ditch which drainsjl
water from Riverside Park Addition.on his land, and he requested Council to have II
ditch dug. to drain water into Tenth Avenue ditch. The matter was referred to L. 0.:
