Motion to dispense with the reading and approve the April 20, 2023, Regular Meeting minutes. V. OPEN PUBLIC HEARING A. Continued from the April 20, 2023, Meeting, Land Development Regulation Text Amendment Application No. 23-001-TA, which proposes to amend Chapters 14, Businesses, and 90, Zoning, of the Code of Ordinances, by adding Section VI to allow food trucks as a Special Exception use in the Central Business District, Heavy Commercial, Light Commercial, Commercial Professional Office, Industrial, Public Use, and Rural Heritage Zoning Districts; and create supplemental use standards for food trucks - City Planning Consultant (Exhibit 1). 1. Review Planning Staff Report and/or draft Ordinance. 2. Public comments or questions from those in attendance or submitted to the Board Secretary. 3. Disclosure of Ex-Parte Communications' by the Board. 4. Consider a recommendation to the City Council to approve or deny Application. The recommendation will be forwarded to the City Council for consideration at Public Hearings tentatively scheduled for June 20, 2023, and July 18, 2023. B. Consider Land Development Regulation Text Amendment Application No. 23-002-TA, which proposes to amend Chapter 78, Land Development Standards, Article I\/, Stormwater Management, to reflect changes in the State stormwater management regulations - City Planning Consultant (Exhibit 2). 1. Review Planning Staff Report and/or draft Ordinance. 2. Public comments or questions from those in attendance or submitted to the Board Secretary. 3. Disclosure of Ex-Parte Communications' by the Board. 4. Consider a recommendation to the City Council to approve or deny Application. The recommendation will be forwarded to the City Council for consideration at Public Hearings tentatively scheduled for June 20, 2023, and July 18, 2023.
