Please be advised that the Technical Review Committee of the City of Okeechobee will be reviewing Site
Plan Review Application No. 23-001-TRC, to construct 28 rental units, Multi-Family Residential
development, on a total of 4.24± acres, located between NE 3rd and 5th Streets and NE 2nd and 3rd
Avenues.
AND
Site Plan Review Application No. 23-002-TRC, requesting to pave the existing outdoor storage area on
3.153± acres, located on corner of NE 9th Avenue and NE 12th Street, on Thursday, February 16, 2023,
at 10:00a.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, in the City Council Chambers.
Agenda/Staff Report/Exhibits and all related information for this meeting will be posted on the
City's website by the end of the day, Friday February 10th, 2023.
