Tillis March 28, 2023 Code Officer Curl received a call from the property owner, Ms. Tillis. I explained to her what needed to be done to bring the property into compliance and advised her that once they had the property into compliance for her to give us a call and then we would complete an inspection to confirm compliance. April 24, 2023 Code Officer Curl received a call from the property owner, Ms. Tillis, stating that the property had been cleaned. I advised her that I would inspect the property to see if it is in compliance. April 24, 2023 Code Officer Curl inspected the property, and the property was found to be in compliance, case closed. Photos in file. April 26, 2023 Code Officer Curl spoke with Ms. Tillis letting her know that the property is in compliance and the case has been closed.
