The following resolution was proposed by Councilman S. R. Raifsnider, who move I

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF Ii

Florida, be, and they are hereby required to secure the funds of the City of Okee- II I

chobee, Florida, with bond in the amount of 100% of said funds on deposit. il'!

.- ~ Section 2. That upoo the failure of the said Depository to furnish bond as I i
aforesaid that the President of the City Council and the Chairman of the Finance I I

Committee of said City Council and the City Clerk be authorized to withdraw the I I

funds of the said City of Okeechobee, and to keep sa,id funds until the further I
ord~rs of the City Council. !
Sectio~ 3. That said bond to be given to secure said funds shall be Govern- I

ment Bonds or such bonds that will meet with the approval of the City Council.
Section 4. That the said Depository Stuart Central Farmers' Bank of Stuart,
Florida, be furnished with a copy of this Resolution.
