A. Motion to dispense with the reading and approve the October 20, 2022, Regular Meeting
minutes.
V. NEW BUSINESS
A. Site Plan Review Application No. 23-001-TRC, to construct 28 rental units in two phases
(six duplexes, two single-family homes and associated parking on each block) on 4.24±
acres, located between NE 3rd and 5th Streets and NE 2nd and 3rd Avenues, Lots 1 to 12,
of Blocks 110 and 121, CITY OF OKEECHOBEE - City Planning Consultant(Exhibit 1).
1. Review Planning Staff Report recommending approval.
2. City Staff comments.
3. Hear from the Applicant, Mr. Frank Mitchell Stephens, Registered Agent,
Glenwood Park LLC.
4. Public comments or questions from those in attendance or submitted to the
Committee Secretary.
5. Disclosure of Ex-Parte Communications' by the Committee.
6. Consider a motion to approve or deny Application with/without contingencies.
B. Site Plan Review Application No. 23-002-TRC, to pave the existing outdoor storage area
on 3.153± acres, located on corner of NE 9th Avenue and NE 12th Street, Lot 3, CITY OF
OKEECHOBEE COMMERCE CENTER - City Planning Consultant (Exhibit 2).
1. Review Planning Staff Report recommending approval.
2. City Staff comments.
3. Hear from Mr. Christopher Hedrick, Senior Property Manager on behalf of
Property Owner, Westlake Royal Roofing, LLC.
4. Public comments or questions from those in attendance or submitted to the
Committee Secretary.
5. Disclosure of Ex-Parte Communications' by the Committee.
6. Consider a motion to approve or deny Application with/without contingencies.
