comments are limited to 3 minutes per speaker unless otherwise approved by the Chair.
IV. ELECTION OF CHAIRPERSON AND VICE CHAIRPERSON
A. Consider nomination(s) and appoint a nominee to serve a two-year term as Chairperson for
the Planning Board, the Board of Adjustment and the Design Review Board.
B. Consider nomination(s)and appoint a nominee to serve a two-year term as Vice Chairperson
for the Planning Board, the Board of Adjustment and the Design Review Board.
V. MINUTES
A. Motion to dispense with the reading and approve the September 15, 2022, Regular Meeting
minutes.
VI. OPEN PUBLIC HEARING
A. Consider and receive input on the proposed update to the Five-Year Schedule of Capital
Improvements within the Comprehensive Plan, No. 23-001-CPA - City Planning Consultant
(Exhibit 1).
1. Review Planning Staff Report.
2. Public comments or questions from those in attendance or submitted to the Board
Secretary.
3. Disclosure of Ex-Parte Communications' by the Board.
4. Consider a recommendation to the City Council to approve or deny. The
recommendation will be forwarded to the City Council for consideration at Public
Hearings tentatively scheduled for March 21, 2023, and April 18, 2023.
