V. CONSENT AGENDA
A. Dispense with the reading and approve the Minutes from March 21, 2023 and April 4, 2023.
B. Approve Warrant Register—February,2023 and March, 2023.
C. Reappoint Karyne Brass and Butch Berlin as regular members and Jon Folbrecht as an alternate member to the
Planning Board,the Board of Adjustment, and the Design Review Board,term being May 1, 2023 through April 30,
2026(Exhibit 1).
VI. NEW BUSINESS
A. Presentation on a group Autism effort between the Sheriffs Office, County Fire and Rescue Department, and the
Police Department by Public Relations Deputy Jack Nash.
B. Discuss proposed amendments to the Code Enforcement procedures, powers of Magistrate, and fine reductions
by Attorney Greg Hyden (Exhibit 2).
C. Motion to approve the Fiscal Year 2022-23 proposed midyear Budget Amendments(Exhibit 3).
