Mayor Bird stated that meeting of Council had been called for the purpose of
considering request of American Legion for exemption of City taxes on Lot 12 Block

Minutes of meetings held April 1st and April 21st, 1930 were read and approved.
Mr. J. R. 11innehan anpeared before Council and requested--Council-to have holes

in street in front of/residence filled up, said holes being caused by rotting of
wooden culvert in street. After discussing the matter same was referred to the Stree
Committee.
There being no further business Council adjourned.
